Any Graduate Degree under 10+2+3 pattern recognized by the Utkal University with pass in Mathematics or Statistics as a subject at least in +2 or Senior Secondary Level are eligible for 3 year course . OR B. Those who have Passed Bachelor of Computer Application(BCA)/Bachelor of Science with Computer Science (Hons.) / Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc.(IT)) / Bachelor of Science in Information Technology & Management (B.Sc.(ITM))/ Bachelor of Science in Information System & Telecommunications(B.Sc.(IST))recognized by Utkal University are eligible for 2 year course . The first and second semesters shall be waived for all those who have passed BCA / B. Sc. ( Comp. Sc (H) ) / B. Sc (IT) / B. Sc (ITM)/B.Sc.(IST) i.e. conditions under B. Ms. Sony Snigdha Sahoo is a Lecturer in Computer Applications Department, DDCE, Utkal University. She has completed her B.Tech in Comp. Sc. & Engg. from Trident Academy of Technology and M.Tech from Institute of Technical Education and Research, SOA University. She has qualified UGC NET. She has worked as a Junior Project Fellow and a faculty in Comp. Sc. at Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar. She has also worked as Assistant professor in Dept. of Comp. Sc. & Engg. at Centurion Institute of Technology, CUTM, Bhubaneswar. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D and her areas of interest are Soft Computing, Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence. She had attended a National Workshop on Development of SLM organized at IGNOU, New Delhi in March 2016.

Mr. Subas Chandra Mishra graduated from Utkal University, obtained MCA and M.Com from Sambalpur University. He is also a Microsoft Certified Engineer and a Cisco Certified Network Associate. He handles the Computer Science courses offered by the Directorate. He is in-charge of entire IT Hardware of DDCE.
Noted academicians drawn from all over the country have authored the course ware. Faculty members drawn from P.G Dept. of Business Administration, Commerce, PM& IR and Psychology, Utkal University act as the core team for Personal Contact Program.
